CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a pre-paid reading, you must give me
24 hours notice through phone or email.
Cancellations of pre-paid readings
with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows,
will not be refunded.
Rescheduling of pre-paid readings must be done at least 24 hours prior
to your appointment, to allow me time to fill the vacancy you
have made in my schedule. Attempts to reschedule pre-paid readings with less than
24 hours notice are not valid and will be treated as cancellations
or no-shows.
