I’m a reader, rootworker, healer, writer, and teacher. I’m not very good at talking about myself, but I need to let you know a little bit about who I am and the types of work I do.
I’m a fifty-six year old Conjure Woman living in Winnie, Texas. A mother of three and grandmother of five, I was born at home in the mountains of Kentucky in a small place called Mt. Vernon on August third at midnight.
I was raised in a family of workers, although they didn’t call what they did Hoodoo. I’ve been a reader since I was sixteen, started learning about healing at eighteen, and over the years my gift has just gotten stronger. Through my gift I can read a person by speaking with them, touching their hand, seeing a photograph of them or sometimes just by hearing their name. I took on my first client when I was around twenty-three, before that I worked for myself and family. I’ve been a teacher intermittently for over ten years.
I’m an old style, justified worker with no new age twist to my work. I'm a hard worker with a firm hand, and I'm not lady hearted. I do what needs to be done, and when I take on a job I won’t stop until the work is done with no ifs, ands, or buts and no hidden charges.
I tell it like it is and help as I can. I won’t sugar something up or tolerate silly foolishness or games. If you come to me you can count on me to talk to you straight and plain.
Some of the services I offer for my clients to work with on their own are honey jars, vinegar jars, setting candle work and dressed vigils, and hot foot work; these items are fixed in the client's name and then either placed on my altar or mailed out to the client.
I offer a selection of special fixed baths and oils, which are made in the client’s name. They are prayed over on my altar for seven days then mailed to the client.
I have also been blessed with a gift for cleansing and healing. Through prayers to God I have been able to help those who are in need. In the course of a spiritual reading I can determine the condition that is afflicting you. I have been known to be able to relieve physical, spiritual, and mental pain. I have also been able to cool people’s heads in order to reduce anxiety, hot tempers, depression and confusion. For clients that need healing or cleansing, I offer long-distance or hands-on healing and cleansing services.
Other client work I do includes altar work and prayers and making Mojo hands and Jack Balls. I work with Black Hawk, my Ancestors, and the Saints to give my work the boost it needs. I will do separation and break up work on a case by case basis if so guided by the spirit. I also give readings using the pendulum, Tarot cards, and the Bible.

Book a reading or consultation with me
Booking my service as a spell-caster and rootworker requires a prior consultation and reading. You may call me during business hours, if I am not available when you call, or if you call outside my business hours, you will be forwarded to an answering machine. Please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If there are days or times at which you cannot receive a callback, please leave that info in your message and be sure to mention your time zone. For the price of a consultation I will instruct a client on how to do the work themselves if they choose to rather than hiring a worker. I will give you a list of everything you need to do the work and instruct you on how to make the work a success. I also offer small mini courses on a variety of works for those interested in learning. I do see clients in person, but I ask that you make an appointment in advance with me so that I can set aside time just for you.
Rates
I charge $30.00 per half-hour and $60.00 per hour for all readings or consultations. Charges for hoodoo rootwork and spell-casting vary by the type of job to be done. I don’t let money guide me in my work; I have never turned away anyone who has come to me for help and will do my best to help make arrangements for those in need.
