As the second of the 12 zodiacal animals, the Ox embodies steadfastness and strength. Those born in the year of the Ox are considered to be hard-working, persistant, and dedicated.

Ox people are said to be honest and patient. Their worst flaws may be stubbornness and not knowing when to cut their losses.

If You were born in the year of the Ox

If you were born in the year of the Ox, you are pragmatic and realistic. You aren’t afraid of hard work, and have strong leadership potential. You thrive on challenges requiring sustained effort, and once you set your mind on something, you will see it through to the end. In love, you are down to earth, and show your affection physically.

When it comes to money, you know the value of both your time and your effort, and you are willing to save up for the things you want. Once you set your budget, you know you will stick to it.

The Ox People in Your Life

These people, like the Ox, are straight-forward. They are dependable, practical, and grounded in their approach to life. Their word is good and if they have decided you are their friend, they will go the extra mile for you.

On the downside, they may be inflexible and set in their ways and opinions. If you cross them, they will hold the grudge until you make things right by them.

They often are attracted to those born in the years of the The Rat, The Ox, The Snake, or The Rooster.
